Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area during service
- Work with teammates to create a memorable experience for all customers
- Stock stations as needed
- Follow company guidelines for all recipes
- Follow checklists for maintaining the cleanliness and working order of all equipment, floors, walls etc
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to management and customers
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently
Underground Burger’s story is not just about great burgers at a great price, it’s also a story about family, determination and never giving up. UGB started as a virtual restaurant (also known as a ghost kitchen) in the midst of heavy restrictions due to the Covid 19 pandemic. From idea to launch was only about 5 weeks and it has been a whirlwind of activity since then! Simplicity has been the hallmark of UGB (that’s what we call it), from the simple and small menu to the black and white logo to our non-descript paper bags. We never imagined that people would love the concept as much as they have!
We have been in a constant state of growth since the beginning and now we are excited to grow our brand outside of our original spot.
